Product FAQs
Are Pajamees true to size?
Pajamees are designed to fit up to 3X longer than standard sleepers - which means they do fit a bit differently. You can find our sizing guide below - please use these measurements to determine the best size for you. Pajamees are made to fit snuggly - not loosely. Size Chart
Why is the sizing/print slightly different when on the exact same item?
Due to our Pajamees being sewn by hand, in addition to Bamboo Viscose being so wonderfully stretchy, it is absolutely normal for there to be slight variances not only in the pattern/print placement of Pajamees. You may also notice minor sizing differences as all fabric is cut by hand as well.
We adhere to strict sizing guidelines but all of our fabric is cut by hand, which inevitably creates uniqueness to each of our Pajamees. Variances in colors may occur as our manufacturer custom dyes all of our fabric for us, to order. Although they do their best to ensure consistency in final product, it is nearly impossible to replicate the exact same dye shade each time. All of these factors guarantee no two Pajamees are identical!
What if I receive my item and it arrived damaged/defective?
Email us at Help@Pajamees.com within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please include your order number, photographs showing the damage/defect are required. We're here for you whenever you need us! This is your answer.
